Hannah has been with us since 2023 and is our Onboarding Coordinator, a key role given the ever stricter checks we are obliged to conduct before taking on new clients.  Hannah brings warmth, organisation and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new clients, guiding them through each step of the onboarding process with clarity and care.

Originally from Wales, Hannah takes great pride in her cutting garden where she grows and tends an array of beautiful flowers. She enjoys long walks and everything outdoors,  whilst also leading the way in her busy family life with her husband and their two young children.
